Order History can be accessed to view all historical order activity, including cancelled and expired orders.
There are multiple ways to access Order History.
When accessing the Orders widget, Order History is automatically loaded at the bottom of the screen.
The Order History widget can also be added to any widget by clicking My Account and selecting Order History.
The Order History view displays order events, meaning you may see multiple records for a single order, denoting the separate events (Placed, Opened, Triggered, etc.).
The order statuses are detailed below:
Order Placed
Order has been placed but not yet executed.
Positioned Opened
Order executed, resulting in the opening of a new position.
Order Working
Order has been placed and is in progress, but has not yet executed. This status is used for Stop Loss, Limit, and OCO trades where the order execution is conditional on a specific variable.
Order Triggered
Order execution triggered by a condition, such as a limit order to open a new position.
Position Closed
Order executed, resulting in the closing of a position.
Order Expired
Order which had been placed expired due to hitting the expiration date set by the trader.
The time range can be filtered by entering the dates in the range at the top of the order history page, or by clicking the filter icon on the Date and Time column.
Checking the Aggregation checkbox at the top of the screen will combine order transaction records into one collapsible grouping per Order ID.
Orders can be sorted and filtered off of any field displayed in order history. To sort by a field's value, click the up and down arrows next to the column header you wish to sort on until you see the arrow reflecting the desired direction for ascending or descending.
To filter by a column's value, click the filter icon next to the column header. You can then enter the value you wish to filter on.
